Ticket Purchase

Specify the number of tickets you want by selecting seats available in the auditorium. Then choose the type of ticket and fill in your details and payment information. Your purchase must be completed within 15 minutes.

We accept payment with debit or credit cards with a CVC code. We do not accept cards without a CVC/CV code. If you pay with a debit or credit card, the payment is processed through external payment gateways (Nets).

We also offer the Swish payment service. If you are connected to Swish, you can make Swish payments directly from your bank account. You need to open the Swish app on your mobile device and approve the payment via your mobile BankID to complete the purchase.

The payment method used for the purchase is charged immediately at the time of purchase. Finally, you will receive a confirmation that the purchase has been completed, and you will find your ticket in the confirmation email.

Tickets can be purchased at regular prices or at child, student, and senior prices for performances where this is offered. Those who buy tickets at student and senior prices must be prepared to prove this upon request.

Access to Tickets

The ticket is sent to you via the email address you provided and confirmed at the time of booking. If you have not received the ticket, you may have mistakenly provided an incorrect email address (misspelling or similar). Also, some email providers may take longer to deliver the email. Check your spam folder as well to see if the email ended up there.

Ticket Validity Period

Your ticket is valid until the performance begins. You can also pick up your tickets at our reception up to 5 minutes before the performance starts.

Refund/Exchange

Refunds for purchased tickets are only permitted in the following exceptional cases:

• If a refund request is made in dialogue with staff and the reason is based on insufficient delivery quality, you as a customer have the option to get a refund. This is done on-site at the reception of Visualiseringscenter C.
• For special premieres and events, different rules for refunds may apply, which will be stated on the website if applicable.

Ticket exchanges are done on-site at the reception of Visualiseringscenter C.

Exchanges/refunds of purchased tickets are only permitted if you can present a payment method along with the purchase confirmation or receipt no later than 15 minutes before the performance begins. Refunds of purchased tickets are not allowed after the performance starts.

For refunds of tickets purchased with a payment card, a refund is only made to the same payment card from which the purchase was made. The amount will then be credited back to the payment card, or alternatively, a gift card with the equivalent amount will be issued.

For refunds of tickets purchased via Swish, a refund of the originally debited purchase amount is made to your bank account. A refund requires an original Swish payment linked to the purchase for which the refund is intended. A refund is only made to the same mobile number from which the purchase was made.

Annual Pass

An annual pass at Visualiseringscenter C gives you the opportunity to see regular dome shows for free for a year. Additionally, the annual pass gives you a 10% discount on regular items in the store and restaurant & café. Otherwise, the annual pass cannot be combined with other offers.

The validity period for the annual pass is 12 months from activation.

To redeem a ticket with your annual pass for a regular performance, you must present the annual pass at the reception of Visualiseringscenter C, where it will be checked for validity. The annual pass is personal and non-transferable.

A lost annual pass can be replaced upon presentation of identification. A replacement fee of 45 SEK is charged for the new card.

Your Personal Data

Visualiseringscenter C is responsible for processing your personal data, which includes processing related to the delivery of the services and products you have requested and for communicating with you regarding your upcoming visit. Our processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Visit to the Wisdome Norrköping Dome Theater

You are obliged to follow the current rules and the instructions of our staff during your visit. If you violate these rules or act in a way that disturbs other guests, you may be asked to leave the performance.

Please note that it is never allowed to take photographs or film inside the dome theater.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the dome theater.
